ELEKEM continue to progress the range of thin and thicker walled cast moulded PEEK TUBES for use in the manufacturing of seals, back up rings and other similar key applications requiring a high performance material.

The high temperature combined with wear and chemical resistance make this material suitable for service in conditions requiring stability in chemical, pressurised steam, oil and gas environments.

Over the past few years Elekem has focused on the evolution of its novel casting process allowing the production of thin walled high quality PEEK tubes which can be tailored to give minimum material wastage on machined parts. Significant investment in process development and bespoke production machines has been made to meet the ever increasing demand, across the size range.
