PEEK Tubes tailor made for the Sealing Industry

Furthermore the development has included the incorporation of selected filled grades of PEEK to broaden and enhance final product performance and applications.  The process produces tubes with inherently low stress, with tests indicating the un-reinforced material as having similar properties to injection moulded or extruded tube.

Additionally, filler ratios can be adjusted for special purpose requirements.

 

The process presently produces tubes ranging from 36mm to 515mm OD with various lengths available depending on tube diameter.  (See available size range).

 

The extended period of development has allowed us to work with end users and OEMs to prove and confirm the integrity of the moulded tube materials, as well as enabling the continuing expansion and evaluation of our production equipment.
